About our Presenter:

Paul has over 35 years of experience in safety, loss prevention, and compliance with strategic planning and program leadership. After graduating from Radford University, Paul began

his career at Safety Management Inc. and was later promoted to Vice President of Safety and Compliance. During his tenure at Safety Management, Paul worked with numerous clients to develop loss prevention programs, establish policies, train, and meet overall compliance with their insurance carriers, DOT, and OSHA requirements in construction, transportation, general industry, and property management.

After twelve years with Safety Management Inc., Paul had the opportunity to expand his safety and insurance knowledge by accepting a position as a Healthcare Risk Manager with Sentara Health. Paul started his career with Sentara as the Long-Term Care Risk Manager overseeing all activities of Risk Management for the division. Today, Paul is a Regional Risk Manager for Sentara Health, managing all the Risk Services for Sentara Properties, Sentara Health Plans, and Sentra Enterprises.
