The IREM Hampton Roads Chapter of Virginia stands as a vibrant testament to the international presence of IREM, offering the essential learning, certifications, and networking that property managers need to tackle the dynamic challenges of real estate management. As we step into 2025, we are excited to be filled with opportunities for learning, mentorship, certification, and connection.

I often say, “Your act of kindness will affect someone’s life! Your love will let someone know Jesus lives! Your positive attitude will tell someone it’s possible!” This philosophy resonates deeply with me, inspired by many including the incredible individuals in real estate management. From managing single-family homes to multi-family and commercial properties, our IREM members and volunteers embody these words every day. In 2025, we will continue to fulfill this truth, empowering our Hampton Roads communities through organizations such as Care 4 Me Initiatives, Mercy Chefs, and Thrive Peninsula, providing support and assistance throughout the year.
