Special Chapter Awards
The deadline to submit a nomination was October 27, 2023.
The recipients of these awards will be announced at the Industry Partner Appreciation, Installation of Officers, and Awards Banquet on December 7, 2023.
The CPM®, ACoM, CPM® Candidate of the Year, Sharon Hamilton-Taylor ARM® of the Year, Associate member and Johnnie W. Joyner Jr. Industry Partner of the Year awards are given to those who exemplify the high ethical standards of the Institute of Real Estate Management®.
These individuals give of their time and themselves to further the principals of our organization. They prescribe to the high standards of excellence and performance. These awards represent their hard work in their communities, job and their commitment to educate themselves in real estate management.
Legacy AwardThe legacy award will recognize an active chapter member who has made a significant contribution to the Real Estate industry through time and support in an outstanding manner to the chapter. Nominees should be in the Real Estate Industry for a minimum of 20 years with a connection to IREM for a minimum of 15 years. The award is open to CPM®, ARM® and ACoM members. |
